Post-apocalyptic Harvest Moon
I don't really have any hope for any success but here we go.
I've wanted to make a post-apocalyptical harvest moon-esque game for years now but I simply don't have the skills. I can't code or draw to save my life; I can, however, write the script and make all the story elements and characters. And that's the problem; even though I have the basic story-line made up and all of the character's made from the backstories to the appearances to the personalities, I can't draw them in or code the town or them. I can write the entire script but I can't make it come to life.
Honestly, I just want the game made. I'm not expecting anybody to take this as I can't really pay, but I also don't want any of the revenue it might make. I guess I'm just throwing it out there if anybody else might be interested.
Please don't tear me apart too harsh, I know this is a long shot but it's been ruminating for so long I just wanted to throw it out there.

You could start with some stuff from https://gshelper.com or other asset stores and then when things start feeling like they come together you can reach out to artists to hire them for artwork. (Or if you can develop a good relationship, a revshare).

Anyway, you get the idea. Pick stuff that looks "close enough" unless you get lucky and find a whole set of art you like. Then start setting up story dialog and a few simple farming mechanics.
