Need lives timer using device clock

Hi my name's Jason. I am willing to pay a reasonable price for someone to look at my game and fix my lives timer. I am not able to restore 3 hearts when my game is fully closed. But I can restore one heart after set amount of time. Need to restore 3 if set amount of time is passed. if interested message on here or email [email protected]
