Adobe Illustrator to export App icon - Error

Hello everyone, may I know which software are you guys using to create the App icon? I tried to use Adobe Illustrator to export the App icon picture, but it is failed to upload. And it shows the below error message.

This isn’t a problem with Illustrator, but with the size of the icon you’re exporting. Make sure that it matches the sizes provided above — 512x512px or 1024x1024px

Do you have a way to check the size of the exported image file? On a Mac, you can open it in Preview to check.
