Uploading music and sounds on Windows Editor

Hi, I'm using Gamesalad on Windows, but I realized that sound effects interrupt my music and cause it to stop. Is there a specific format for the sound/music that will stop this from happening? On the Mac, you can upload audio files as sounds or music, but I cannot seem to find that function on Windows. Is there some way I can change this to fix this error? Thank you!
