This is my first game and I have the concept and everything for the game including the music. If it's anyway someone can help me with this project I would greatly appreciate it. My budget for this game design is $75 to $100.

You want an entire game made for $100? I would charge that much for 4 or 5 hrs work, and no game that is good is going to be made within that time frame. Not even close.

Yah, I'm not going to say no-one will work for that much, but the project rate is a bit low.

For that much you may want to consider seeing if your game already exists as a template on https://gshelper.com/ and then starting from there.

You could also offer to partner with a developer. Develop a relationship with some forum members until you trust them, then offer a partnership where you pay them a discounted rate, but everyone shares in the profits from the game.

I came to this forum respectfully, so I suggest you all show respect and keep the disrespectful or smart remarks to yourself. At this time the world is bleeding together so a lot of people are out of work and cannot pay x amount of dollars to build a game at this time.
