Change your app's target API level to at least 28.

in Help Wanted

Hey guys, I made my SDK level the highest it can go and built it with the RC build and google play is still saying "Your app currently targets API level 26 and must target at least API level 28 to ensure it is built on the latest APIs optimized for security and performance. Change your app's target API level to at least 28."
What do I do?

    Can you PM me your publishing links so I can verify something? We currently target 28 with a minimum of 21.

    I had this a few weeks back. I simply regenerated the build ensuring I used the RC engine. (I may have used the normal engine the first time around, unsure)
