2 player mode- Air Hockey

When I move one player in my air hockey game, it moves fine like no glitches. When I move another player at the same time with touch controls like air hockey, it glitches and bounces around the place. Can anyone give me code that I need to make my controls work and not glitch?

    It would be best if you posted a screenshot of your touch/movement rules and then someone can suggest a fix or a better method.
