Banner when reaching a new high score

Hey everyone! You know how in a game when a person passes their high score a banner will come up that says something like 'NEW' 'NEW HIGH SCORE' etc etc. Are there any templates/tutorials showing how to do something like this?

    you could just make a banner yourself then spawn it using a boolean attribute.
