Game Center Leaderboard - how to set LIVE?

In Game Center, I don't see the option to set my leaderboard LIVE. How do I enable this? See screenshot...

    I am not sure, because I just published my first game, but my leaderboard went live after publishing ,after my app was approved by apple. Before that i hadsame status there: Not live
