Pixen, moving cel

So everyone is talking about how great pixen is, but i'm honestly going crazy over this. I'm in the animation mode and it's not letting me move the cels. I can duplicate, and delete thats it. Anyone can shed some light? I'm about to give up and just learn it in gimp.
