What do you mean? Sometimes if you can't find a tool there is usually a comment of someone with the same problem and an answer. You can also just google "inkscape (tool)" and an answer or image will come up to help.
Do you need to find something specifically I could help you with?

I'm not sure anymore. I tried the tutorial months ago but gave up because I didn't understand the txt tutorial properly/couldn't find tool.

But I can't remember what I couldn't find/do atm. I'll try the tutorials again sometime soon I hope.

Yes try them again. Just replicate the tutorials and after a while you get the hang of it and you can get really fast and comfortable with Inkscape.
I highly recommend them.

@fajlajp haha thanks but I already have this template and I thought if I use this art it will be rejected because of copyright? I want to make a game from this template and else it looks like it is the template published. still thanks though
